Terms of Service
1. The service
Atom & Epoch Studio (“the application”) is a private tool that the operator of the Atom & Epoch YouTube channel uses to write, produce, upload and analyze that channel's videos. It is not offered to the public. Only the channel operator may use it.
2. YouTube Terms
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and by our own Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
The application may be used only to manage content on channels the user owns or is authorized to manage. All uploaded content must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law, including copyright law.
4. AI-generated content
Scripts and other materials may be created with the help of AI models. The channel operator reviews content before it is published and is responsible for it. Where YouTube's policies require it, realistic altered or synthetic content is disclosed.
5. Revoking access
You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time on your Google Account's third-party access page.
6. No warranty
The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
