Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Atom & Epoch Studio (“the application”, “we”, “us”) accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes data, including data received from Google APIs. It covers the website at atomandepoch.com, the subdomain studio.atomandepoch.com, and the application itself.
1. Who uses the application
Atom & Epoch Studio is a private, single-operator tool. It manages only the Atom & Epoch YouTube channel. Only the channel operator signs in to it. It has no public sign-up, and it does not access other people's Google accounts or YouTube channels.
2. Google user data we access
When the operator signs in with Google, the application asks for the following OAuth scopes. Each scope is used only for the purpose listed next to it.

The data accessed through these scopes is: the channel's identifier and basic profile, its videos and their metadata, and its aggregated analytics reports. YouTube Analytics reports are aggregated statistics. They do not identify individual viewers.
3. How we use Google user data
- To upload videos and keep their metadata up to date on the operator's own channel.
- To show the channel's performance to the operator and to inform which topics, formats and scripts the channel produces next.
Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build user profiles. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
4. Sharing and transfer
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, with these exceptions:
- AI script generation. When drafting scripts, the application may send aggregated, non-personal channel statistics (for example “video about topic X had a 45% average view duration”) to an AI model provider's API as part of a prompt. We send only the minimum needed for the task. We use providers whose API terms do not allow API inputs to be used for model training. No OAuth tokens or account credentials are ever sent.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Atom & Epoch Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and security
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on the application's private server. Access to them is restricted, and they are never shown to the public.
- Channel analytics are cached on the same server so the operator can review them over time.
- All traffic to Google APIs and to this website is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
6. Retention and deletion
- OAuth tokens are kept only while the application is authorized. They are deleted when access is revoked or the application is retired.
- Cached analytics data is kept for no longer than 24 months, or deleted sooner when it is no longer needed.
- You can revoke the application's access at any time on your Google Account's third-party access page (also at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After access is revoked, the application can no longer access the account. Stored data from that account is deleted within 30 days.

7. YouTube API Services
Atom & Epoch Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Website visitors
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
9. Children
The application is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
